Why soft wash

Why we don't pressure wash your walls.

High pressure is great for concrete. On a house, it can chip stucco, force water behind siding, and strip paint. It can also leave the mold's roots behind, so the streaks come back fast.

Soft washing uses low pressure and lets the cleaning solution do the work. The mold and mildew are killed, not just blasted, so the house stays cleaner for longer.

Here on the Treasure Coast, many homes look their best with a wash about once a year. Shaded walls, homes near the water, and houses with a lot of landscaping may need it more often.
